Spruch

Die in §21 Abs3 Fremdengesetz 1997, BGBl. I Nr. 75, in der Fassung des Bundesgesetzes BGBl. I Nr. 134/2000, enthaltene Wortfolge "vor Vollendung des 15. Lebensjahres" wird nicht als verfassungswidrig aufgehoben.
