Spruch

§46 Bundes-Personalvertretungsgesetz, BGBl. Nr. 1967/133, idF BGBl. I Nr. 2002/125, wird als verfassungswidrig aufgehoben.

Die aufgehobene Bestimmung ist nicht mehr anzuwenden.

Der Bundeskanzler ist verpflichtet, diese Aussprüche unverzüglich im Bundesgesetzblatt I kundzumachen.
