Spruch

Die Anträge auf Aufhebung der §§2 bis 7, 9 bis 16 sowie 18 Abs1 Z1 und Abs2, §19 Abs1 Z2 lita, Z3 lita, Z4 lita, Z5 lita, Z6 lita, Z7 lita, §20 Z1 und Z2 sowie §22 SNT-VO 2003 werden abgewiesen.

Im Übrigen werden die Anträge zurückgewiesen.
