Spruch

I. Die Beschwerde wird als gegenstandslos erklärt und das Verfahren eingestellt.

II. Der Bund (Bundeskanzler) ist schuldig, der beschwerdeführenden Gesellschaft zu Handen ihres Rechtsvertreters die mit € 2.340,-- bestimmten Prozesskosten binnen 14 Tagen bei sonstiger Exekution zu ersetzen.
