Spruch

Die Anträge zu G41/07, G148/07, G153/07, G154/07, G158/07 und G159/07, §28 Abs1 Z1 litb des Ausländerbeschäftigungsgesetzes, BGBl. Nr. 218/1975, in der Fassung BGBl. I Nr. 126/2002 als verfassungswidrig aufzuheben, werden zurückgewiesen.

Im Übrigen werden die Anträge abgewiesen.
