(Art. 60 CISA)

  1. Liabilities are deemed to be borrowings, obligations from business activities, in addition to all claims arising from units on which notice has been given.
  2. Short-term fixed interest securities are deemed to be debt securities with a term or residual term to maturity of up to twelve months.
  3. Funds available at short notice are deemed to be cash on hand, postal check1and bank account deposits at sight and on demand with maturities of up to twelve months, as well as guaranteed credit facilities with a bank for up to 10 per cent of the fund's net assets. The credit facilities must be included in the maximum level of pledging permitted pursuant to Article 96 paragraph 1.
