  1. In the case of L-QIFs in the legal form of a contractual fund or SICAV, the risk notice in accordance with Article 118n paragraph 2 CISA must take the form of a warning clause that briefly and concisely describes the main risks associated with the potential investments. The warning clause must be included on the first page of the fund contract or the investment regulations and in the advertising documents.
  2. The fund contract or the investment regulations must also contain explanations of the special risks and, where applicable, the increased volatility of the L-QIF.
