Following its dissolution, an investment fund or SICAV may neither issue nor redeem any units.
In the case of an investment fund, investors have a claim to a proportionate share of the proceeds of liquidation.
In the case of a SICAV, investors have the right to a proportionate share of the proceeds of the liquidation. The rights of company shareholders are subordinate. In all other respects, Articles 737 et seq. of the Code of Obligations1apply.
