  1. The operator shall publicly disclose key aspects of all information relating to the financial market infrastructure on a regular basis, in particular:
    1. the design and operation of the financial market infrastructure;
    2. the operator’s organisational structure;
    3. the rights and obligations of the participants;
    4. the participation requirements as well as the criteria for the suspension and exclusion of a participant;
    5. the rules and procedures in the event of a participant’s default;
    6. 1 .
    7. the aggregate transaction volumes and amounts;
    8. 2 .
    9. the prices and fees charged by the financial market infrastructure for the services it offers, including its conditions for discounts.
  2. The operator shall publish information in accordance with the standards set by the relevant international bodies.
