Liability of the National Bank, its bodies and employees shall be governed by the Federal Act of 14 March 19581on the Liability of the Federal Government, the Members of its Authorities and its Public Officials.
To the extent that the National Bank, its bodies and employees act in a private-law capacity, liability shall be governed by private law.
