Commentaries: Art. 182

The Federal Council shall coordinate the implementation of the Foodstuffs Act of 9 October 1992¹, the Customs Tariff Act of 18 March 2005²and this Act; in addition, it may require the Federal Tax Administration to pass on information.³
The Federal Council shall set up a central office to investigate infringements concerning:
1. protected labelling for agricultural products;
2. the import, transit and export of agricultural products;
3. declaration of origin and production methods.
