¹The data in the animal movements database pursuant to Article 45b of the Epizootic Diseases Act of 1 July 1966¹(EzDA) may be processed in order to implement agricultural measures. The Federal Council shall regulate which data may be processed. 2. The Federal Council may delegate tasks related to the implementation of agricultural measures to Identitas AG (Art. 7a EzDA). The Federal Council shall regulate the delegation of tasks, the bearing of costs and the processing of data.
