  1. Die Bürgschaft ist auf amtlichem Formular einzugehen.
  2. Die Bürgschaftsverpflichtung ist auf unbestimmte Zeit einzugehen, wobei die jederzeitige schriftliche Kündigung auf sechs Monate vorzusehen ist.
