The following are repealed:

  1. General Water Protection Ordinance of 19 June 19721;
  2. Ordinance of 8 December 19752on Wastewater Discharge;
  3. Ordinance of 22 October 19813on Zone Surveys for Protection of Bodies of Water;
  4. Regulations of 9 August 19724of the Federal Water Protection Commission.
