Art. 51b

The cantons must:

1. notify the FOEN each year by 31 March of the number of residents that are connected to each wastewater treatment plant on their territory as of 1 January of the calendar year in question;
2. submit to the FOEN by 31 October of each calendar year the final accounts with requests for compensatory payments under Article 60b paragraph 2 WPA that are received by 30 September of the same calendar year.
