Art. 62e

The following biocidal products, notwithstanding that they do not have a UFI on 1 January 2022, may be placed on the market at the latest until 31 December 2025 without indicating the UFI in accordance with Article 14a :

1. biocidal products intended for professional users;
2. biocidal products intended for private users and placed on the market before 1 January 2022.
