  1. The restrictions specified in Article 13 of the RO1apply to biocidal products consisting of or containing pathogenic microorganisms.
  2. In addition, the restrictions and obligations specified in Annex 2.4 to the ORRChem2apply to biocidal products of product types 2,6, 7, 8, 10, 14 and 21.3
