  1. Anyone who is responsible for the placing on the market of treated articles must:
    1. label them in accordance with Article 58 paragraphs 3, 4 and 6 of Regulation (EU) No 528/20121; and
    2. include in the instructions for use the relevant information specified in the ORRChem2.
  2. The labelling must be in at least one official language of the place where the treated article is placed on the market.3
