Art. 11b

The evaluation of whether a biocidal product meets the criteria specified in Article 11 paragraph 1 letter a shall take into account the following factors:

1. realistic worst case conditions under which the biocidal product may be used;
2. the way in which treated articles treated with or containing the biocidal product may be used;
3. the consequences of use and disposal of the biocidal product;
4. cumulative effects;
5. synergistic effects.
