  1. The cantonal governments shall report to the Federal Council regularly on the implementation of this Act and the observations made in doing so, and shall provide the required data (Art. 29c para. 2).
  2. The cantons must notify the Federal Office of Police promptly in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Act of 7 October 19941on the Central Offices of the Federal Criminal Police of any prosecutions initiated due to offences against this Act. The relevant information shall be transmitted electronically or entered directly in the data processing systems of the Federal Office of Police. The Federal Council shall regulate the details.
