In the first year of collection, the staggered system of invoicing for the household fee under Article 58 paragraph 1 shall be established. The collection agency shall specify reduced fee periods of between one and eleven months.
All invoices in terms of paragraph 1 shall be issued in the first month of the fee period and are due for payment within 30 days.
Some households shall already receive an invoice for 12 months. The due date is governed by Article 59 paragraph 1.
