(Art. 103 and 104 para. 2 RTVA)1

  1. DETEC shall issue the technical and administrative regulations.
  2. OFCOM may enter into international agreements on technical or administrative content which fall within the scope of this Ordinance.2
  3. It may represent the Confederation in international bodies.3
