  2. Any person who wilfully violates a legally enforceable decision of the competent supervisory authority or of the legal authorities is liable to a fine not exceeding CHF 100,000.
  3. Any person who influences a licensing procedure or a procedure to amend a licence in his or her favour by providing false information is liable to a fine not exceeding CHF 100,000.
  4. In minor cases a penalty may not be imposed.
