Art. 20e

The Federal Council regulates:

1. cooperation with the cantons;
2. the data catalogue;
3. responsibilities for data processing;
4. access rights, specifically the scope of access granted in the call procedure;
5. the organisational and technical measures necessary to ensure data protection and data security, specifically the conditions under which access can be granted;
6. archiving;
7. retention and deletion periods.
