  1. The Federal Assembly shall approve by simple federal decree temporary guarantee credits1to guarantee the provision of subsidies.
  2. The financing of the areas of cultural heritage protection and monument preservation is governed by Article 27 of the Culture Promotion Act of 11 December 20092.3
