Art. 69b

(Art. 68 VPETA)

1. If the criteria set out in Article 69a para 1 let. a and b are met for a non-regulated occupation or profession, SERI or a third party will determine what level the foreign qualification holds within the Swiss education system and will issue a level certificate.
2. If all of the criteria set out in Article 69a para 1 are met, SERI or a third party shall recognise the foreign qualification.
