The Confederation shall take part in measures relating to the coordination, quality and transparency of continuing education and training courses that are of use to a given occupation or profession and can be offered at the national level or within a specific linguistic region.
Public-run structures and training courses shall, wherever possible, be made available as labour market measures under the Unemployment Insurance Act of 25 June 19821.
