The Confederation is responsible for recognising cantonal and intercantonal qualifications under the old law in fields of VPET that fall under federal jurisdiction in accordance with this Act.
The Federal Council may delegate this task to third parties. These may charge fees for their services. The Federal Council shall regulate the fees.
