  1. As soon as it becomes enforceable, the decision on the composition agreement shall be:
    1. communicated immediately to the debt enforcement, bankruptcy and land register offices and, if the debtor is entered in the commercial register, to the commercial register office;
    2. announced by public notice.
  2. The effects of the moratorium lapse when the decision becomes enforceable.

N1.Beginn der Vollstreckbarkeit Tag Null

Als Beginn der Vollstreckbarkeit gilt das Datum der öffentlichen Bekanntmachung des Entscheids; dieses Datum wird in der Praxis als „Tag Null“ bezeichnet.
