The cantons shall provide the Federal Council with details of the debt enforcement and bankruptcy districts and of the system of organisation of the debt enforcement and the bankruptcy offices and of the authorities that they have appointed in implementation of this Act.
The Federal Council shall ensure that this information is made public in an appropriate manner.
