  1. After the schedule of claims has been published, the bankruptcy administration shall invite the creditors whose claims have not already been legally rejected to a second meeting. The invitation must be sent out at least 20 days before the meeting.1
  2. If a composition agreement is to be negotiated at this meeting, this shall be indicated in the invitation.2
  3. A member of the bankruptcy administration shall chair the meeting. Article 235 paragraphs 3 and 4 applymutatis mutandis .
