The bankruptcy office may instruct postal services providers to allow it to inspect post addressed the debtor for the duration of the bankruptcy proceedings and to deliver the post to the bankruptcy office.
The bankruptcy office is entitled to open the post delivered provided it is not obvious that the content of the post is of no relevance to the bankruptcy proceedings.
The debtor is entitled to be present when post is opened.
