Notice of the decision on approving the objection to the summons for payment shall be given to the parties immediately.1
If the objection to the summons has only been approved after the amount in dispute has been deposited, the creditor shall be requested to raise a claim for payment within ten days. If the creditor does not comply with this request, the deposit shall be returned.
