  1. Any person who wilfully commits an act specified in Article 66 is, on complaint by the injured party, liable to a custodial sentence not exceeding one year or to a monetary penalty.1
  2. The right to file a complaint shall lapse after six months from the day on which the injured party became aware of the identity of the offender.
  3. If the offender acts for commercial gain, he shall be prosecutedex officio . The penalty is a custodial sentence not exceeding five years or a monetary penalty. …23
