The Institute shall on application grant a supplementary protection certificate (certificate) for active ingredients or combination of active ingredients of plant protection products.
Articles 140a paragraph 2 and 140b to 140m apply by analogy.
Ingredients are substances and microorganisms, including viruses, with a general or specific effect:
against harmful organisms;
on plants, parts of plants or plant products.
