The patent holder has a claim to the paediatric certificate.
The paediatric certificate shall be issued once only for each product.
If however owing to the existence of different patents several patent holders submit an application for the same product, the paediatric certificate may be issued to each applicant if the addressee’s consent is provided with the confirmation in accordance with Article 140t paragraph 1 letter a.
