Art. 138

Within 30 months of the filing or priority date, the applicant must:

1. provide written confirmation of the name of the inventor;
2. provide information on the source (Art. 49a );
3. pay the filing fee;
4. file a translation in an official Swiss language, provided the international application is not made in such a language.
