A branch office must have the same business name as the principal place of business; however, it may append a special addition to its business name providing this applies only to that particular branch office.
The business name of the branch office of a company whose seat is outside Switzerland must also indicate the location of the principal place of business, the location of the branch office and the express designation of branch office.
