The board may at any time dismiss the committees, business managers, executive officers and other registered attorneys and commercial agents that it has appointed.
The registered attorneys and commercial agents appointed by the general assembly of members may be suspended from their duties at any time by the board, providing a general meeting is convened immediately.
Claims for compensation made by persons dismissed or suspended are reserved.
