Licensed insurance cooperatives with more than 1,000 members may delegate all or some of the powers of the general assembly of members to the board by means of the articles of association.
The powers of the general assembly of members to introduce or increase the members’ liability to make additional contributions and to dissolve, merge, split and modify the legal form of the cooperative are not transferable.
