Unless otherwise provided for by law or the articles of association, the general assembly of members shall pass resolutions and decide elections by an absolute majority of the votes cast. The same applies to resolutions and elections by ballot.
The dissolution of the cooperative and any amendment to the articles of association require a majority of two-thirds of the votes cast. The articles of association may stipulate more restrictive conditions for such resolutions.
