Creditors’ claims in respect of the personal liability of individual members may be brought by any creditor at any time up to one year after completion of insolvency proceedings, unless the law provides for their extinction at an earlier juncture.
The members’ right of recourse against each other likewise prescribes three years after the date of the payment to which the claim relates.
