In the event that the general meeting votes prospectively on the remuneration of the executive board, the articles of association may provide for an additional amount for the remuneration of persons newly appointed as members of the executive board after the vote.
The additional amount may only be used if the total amount of remuneration for the executive board agreed by the general meeting is not sufficient to remunerate the new members until the next vote of the general meeting.
The general meeting does not vote on the additional amount used.
