  1. The board of directors shall regulate the use of electronic means.
  2. It shall ensure that:
  3. the identity of the participants is established;
  4. the oral contributions at the general meeting are directly transmitted;
  5. each participant can table motions and participate in the debate;
  6. the result of the vote cannot be falsified.
