The ledgers and other documents of the dissolved partnership are kept for ten years commencing on the date of the partnership’s deletion from the commercial register at a location designated by the partners or, if they cannot reach agreement, by the registrar.
The partners and their heirs retain the right to inspect the ledgers and other documents.
