Authority to represent the partnership may be withdrawn from a partner for good cause.
Where a partner makes a prima facie case for the existence of good cause and there is risk in delay, on his application the court may issue an interim order withdrawing authority to represent the partnership. The court’s order must be entered in the commercial register.
