In dealings with bona fide third parties, the registered attorney is deemed authorised to commit the owner of the business by signing bills of exchange and to carry out on his behalf all types of transaction that fall within the scope of the commercial operations and business affairs of the owner.
The registered attorney is not authorised to alienate or encumber immovable property unless expressly vested with such powers.
