Professional marriage and partnership brokerage activities involving foreign nationals require a licence issued by the authority designated by cantonal law and are regulated by that authority.
The Federal Council shall issue the implementing provisions and determine in particular:
the requirements for and term of the licence;
the penalties imposed on the mandatee in the event of non-compliance;
the obligation of the mandatee to furnish security for the costs of repatriating persons introduced under the mandate.
