The author retains the right to correct and improve his work provided this does not prejudice the interests or increase the liability of the publisher, but must compensate the publisher for any unforeseen costs incurred as a result.
The editor may not produce a new version, edition or print run of the work without having previously given the author the opportunity to improve it.
