The borrower may make use of the loaned object only for the purpose stipulated in the contract or, in the absence of any stipulation, for its normal purpose or the purpose dictated by its nature.
He is not entitled to grant use of the object to a third party.
A borrower acting in breach of these provisions is liable even for accidental damage unless he can prove that the object would have been affected in any event.
